Return policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we offer an Exchange Policy or a STORE CREDIT and offer you to accept any other product of equal value in exchange, granted it is within the terms of our 7 day return policy. If due to some error we sent you a wrong product, don't worry we will correct our mistake at the earliest at no cost to you .Please email us and return the merchandise undamaged, with the original tag and unused within 7 days. NO CLAIMS ON USED GOODS. Delays : Orders are generally processed within 24 hours. If your Order Status indicates that your order has not yet shipped but the merchandise is in stock, this could be the result of one of the following: We were unable to obtain a proper credit approval for your purchase. We were provided a credit card billing address that could not be verified with your credit card issuer. Your order has a shipping address that differs from your credit card billing address and requires further verification. Please note that it is important to provide a phone number that is registered with your credit card issuer at the time you place your order so that we may reach you to discuss any problems with your order.
